What time?

Class begins at 12pm, so it's a good idea to arrive 15 minutes early to park, sign in, and get settled.

How long is class?

It is a one-hour class from 12-1pm.

Where do I park?

There is ample parking at Pee-Pa's Garage Brewery out front, on the side of the building, and just across the side street in the gravel lot.

What should I wear?

Simply wear something cozy in which you can stretch and move around easily! This time of year in Florida, it is a good idea to have layering options so you can remove a long-sleeve if it's warm or add a layer if the temperature drops.

Is class outdoors?

Yes! Weather-permitting, class is held in the back lawn area at Pee-Pa's Garage!

Will the event be held rain or shine?

Yes! If there is inclement weather, we will move class inside the brewery.

Anything else I should bring?

Water, sunscreen, sunglasses, and your yoga mat/towel/blanket should suffice! You're welcome to bring any yoga props you like for your practice, as well.

Is class by donation?

Yes! Pay-what-you-can for this community yoga class. You may donate cash or make an electronic payment at moving-meditations.com/donate

Every Second Sunday, we will host these Popup Yoga events at Pee-Pa's and donate a portion of our proceeds to our local nonprofit of choice for the month!
